During our first training in Hungary from the 28th of August to the 3rd of September 2022 - on the 3rd day - , amongst other trainings, we had a presentation and Workshop on:
Small Works for Preserving Food and Local Food Relief
Program (Facilitator: Radha Vallabha prabhu).
In Krishna Valley the team showed us, as well as taught us, how to store various foods including jam, sauces and so on, as well as the process to labelling. All these are then put in the community shops (for the locals as well as tourists). We visited the fruit tree orchard, where some of the fruits then are taken and used as jams that's for sell!
