Our project, spanning from March to December, encompassed a series of diverse activities aimed at fostering personal development, enhancing skills, and promoting community engagement. Beginning with our inaugural meeting in March, we embarked on a journey of cultural exchange, skill-building, and teamwork. Each month brought forth a unique project, from pizza-making and composting to flower gardening and music workshops, reflecting our commitment to exploring various interests and learning opportunities. Our activities were meticulously planned and executed, with a strong emphasis on effective communication, both in our mother tongue, German, and occasionally in English, to accommodate the diverse linguistic backgrounds of our participants. Throughout the project, we applied mathematical competencies to scale recipes, technological skills to create digital posters, and social competencies to navigate interactions with participants of all ages and backgrounds. We embraced the principles of the MECE (Mutually Exclusive, Collectively Exhaustive) framework, ensuring that each aspect of our project was distinct yet interconnected, contributing to the holistic development of our team members.
